Not fun to install.
So this thing looks great and is very comfortable in the hand. But I had an i credibly difficult time getting my oem handle off. Saw vids of ppl just yanking it off on youtube. Well mine would t come off until i got angry, and I mean really angry. I had to pull with the strength of zeus and redbull coarsing theough my veins before this thing came off. Looking at the tabs once it was off, I am not sure how you could ever release them. Buyer beware, install could go smooth as butter or it could be like mine. Coin toss.

BEWARE: VERY noticeable line right through center of the handle.
I didn’t notice this initially, but upon checking images of the products from other reviewers I noticed I was not the only one here with this issue. The item appears to be genuine carbon fiber, but the carbon is joined right on the top of the handle where it is directly visible to you and it isn’t joined perfectly. Considering the item probably costs 20$ or less to purchase direct from china, we do pay a premium to purchase through amazon… but nevertheless, it is incredibly disappointing to see the quality of this. Other than that, it’s an ebrake handle. It works.

Not a bolt on part for e46.
I had to file down the inner fins, silicone lube and hit it with a rubber hammer with towel. Looks good didn’t crack but not sure how to get it off now…

Not easy to take it off or put it back in, it a little shorter than original leather stock. I used a little W4 to make the job easier on my 16 years old E46. Looks great after everything is in place.

Good product, and good price
I just received it and installation was really easy, pull the old one out, flip it inside out, cut the zip tie holding it, put the new one with a zip tie, flip it inside out again and slide it back on. Good quality and good price, the other ones I was looking at on amazon and eBay were around the $80 mark. Looks good too!

Nice addition to the interior
The previous owner replaced the gear shifter with the carbon fiber look and I liked it so..decided to go all in (I also have some wear and tear on the arm rest) and i gotta say, I REALLY like it! The look is pretty cool. As others have noted the cover at the bottom of gear shifter is a very thick durable sticker (but it works fine for me!)

Very Good for the price.
Fit perfectly on my 2009 BMW 328i. Overall it looks really good and adds a nice carbon fiber touch to the interior for a cheap price. Only thing I didn’t like, is there’s a straight line right down the middle on the top of the handle which slightly gives it a cheap look but it’s not that noticeable unless you really look at it. You can kinda see it in the pictures. Would recommend though.

Easy install but it’s a pain to get the handle to go down the e brake. You’ll have to use all your might lol. But for the price I can’t complain it does what it’s supposed to and it looks nice.

Beautiful but hard to install on e46.
The e brake knob is beautiful, and REAL carbon fiber! I tried to put it on for 2 hours, including using lubricant but I couldn’t get it on. I ended up taking a razor blade and cutting the bottom peg out and it slid on perfectly with no lubricant required. The knob is very smooth and feels great to grip! 2001 BMW 325XI.

Absolute bang for your buck. Buy this item I have a 2009 bmw 335i and fitment was perfect and price is unbeatable. You look online everywhere for the e90’s and they are minimum $70-$80 this one was a flat $40 and it’s the exact same quality so you pretty much get 50% off if you buy this listing off amazon!

Really really hard to take off the OEM part, but this ones looks and matches with my car perfectly, and oh 1 more thing (use a thick cloth to put in front of this product and hit lightly with hammer to get on the stick real good)

Great
Installed in literally two minutes. Pop up the boot, flip boot inside out, cut the stock zip tie and pull off. Pull up handle and pull hard to get old one off. Install new carbon handle . I installed new suede boots and zip tied new one it!

Small defect.
great feel and looking product mine came in looking weird dude to the process when they were making the product left a kinda ugly looking seem of the too peices of carbon they have to mold together, but I would recommend people buying it wish mine looked a little better but after 1 month of use still holding up great.
