It works great on some vents, holds tight with no shaking.On others, not so great. Heavy weight causes vent to point to ground. Fingers do not fit between vent fins.I am definitely satisfied with the vehicles it works with.

It’s super simple; grabs onto the vent and has two metal plates for multiple devices, the only thing to consider will be the distance from your driving position to the vent; I have an angled dash so I have to reach about as far as would be comfortable to use.

Just not very powerful, and the phone keeps falling off. Depends on the phone, you don’t want to place the metal where it might interfere with wireless charging. And then, the placement might not be centered, and therefore the phone weight is off balanced. Overall I’ve found EVO cases to be far better, they include the car vent mount that actually works. I would pay more and buy the EVO case and mount packaged together, and it will last and last.

The media could not be loaded. The product have strong magnetic but the minute you put your phone on it and drives off within the first 5 minutes of driving the phone shift off the holder, plus after one hour into driving the entire phone holder comes off the vent, very poor quality I don’t recommend it, Don’t waste your money on such product, it doesn’t work well.

I bought this for easy access to my phone in a rental car and it was great.It gripped the vent very well and stayed put; I could swivel the base a bit for the angle I wanted. No problems with it falling off the vent, at least not in the Kia Forte I rented.I did not use the metal plate that came with the kit. Since I use a different magnetic phone holder (with a base that adheres to my car) in my own vehicle, I already have a metal plate between my phone and its case.I recommend this, but do wish it was available in a brighter color for those using this while traveling, because it would be easy to forget since it blends right in with a black car interior.I personally would steer away from this type for long-term use, since I’m not confident having my phone in front of a vent blowing out heat or cold air would be good for my phone (I have no evidence this is harmful, it’s just a guess). But this is a great temporary solution if you’re unable to use an adhesive type magnetic phone mount.

We have purchased 4 of these because I ordered 1 for my friend for her husband’s car and she loved it and reordered her 1 for her car and my husband loved it and we got him one for his car and then decided to get one for my car for him. We just had to make sure that we put the magnet low enough so that the wireless charger still worked in the house.

It’s a high-quality product. Fits strong into the air vent. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work with Mazda 6 GL (2019-2020). The trim curvature won’t let you put a phone on the holder.

I use this mount for traveling. I have used it for the iPhone 8 and the iPhone 12 mini. The mount is very easy to mount in any rental car I have used and holds both phones very well. I have found it works best when you install the metal plate to the back of the phone case. It is black so make sure you look twice before leaving your rental car. 🙂

UGreen Magnetic Car Phone Holder for air vent – This unit has a really, really strong magnet that held my big, heavy phone perfectly, where other magnetic mounts let the phone gradually slide off. Very convenient. It also grips the air vent fin tightly with a heavy rubber gripper and is strong enough in that area too. My new phone, however, has wireless charging, and the metal plate glued to the phone case that allows the magnet to hold the phone interferes with charging, so I had to go to a different kind of car holder that uses a clip instead of a magnet.

Very sturdy, but if you place the magnet in the middle of your phone, the wireless chargers won’t work. I’ve moved my magnet all the way to bottom of the phone case and turned it sideways so that my wireless charger can connect when I put in the exact right position but it makes phone sit very high while in the car but holds well.

The rubber fall off by itself. I don’t even touch it. I just go into the car in the morning and find it fall off. It looks like there is no any glue inside to keep the rubber part. Now I cannot put it together. I have an old version of the car mount by Ugreen. That one is thicker but works great. Sometimes upgrade is actually downgrade…
