Decent
***UPDATE***After submitting a very critical review the manufacturer reached out and offered to ship me another charger for free. The vent clips are holding up just fine with the new charger. I have communicated the issues that I have had with the suction cup mount and they want to investigate further with their team. I am using an s22 ultra which is a heavy phone with the extension arm of the charger fully out, which could be contributing to the mount falling off the window maybe if I was using a smaller phone the mount would hold up better when attached to the glass.*ORIGINAL REVIEW*First of all thanks to Amazon for their excellent customer service. I bought this mount to use in my car for doordash and uber. Charging speed is good. That was about it. If you get your finger even anywhere near the charger release button the clamp will open and drop your phone. You should have to physically touch it before it opens, that is not the case here. The suction cup mount is terrible. Driving down the road the entire mount came off the windshield several times. Tried to mount to my dash which is actually very flat, mount falls off there too. The vent clips were not in the box. Contacted Amazon and they offered a full refund with no need to send the device back. I tried to give it one more shot by contacting the vendor to get a few of the vent clips that I wasn’t sent and they saw that I had already received a refund for the order and were insisting that i ordered another one. Even after I explained my struggles with their product they began ignoring my emails. I would look elsewhere if I were you because now this mount just sits in a drawer somewhere, completely useless.

Phone Charger and Holder
This is my 3rd different one.So far, it’s met all my expectations from the plate still being stuck on to my dashboard, even after making lengthy adjustments for my phone use.The charging portion from <10% to 100% was rather quicker than just using a straight USB charging cord. Now the bad news.If you use the ApplePlay features, you have to use another independent USB cord that is connected to the phone for Mapquest, to your music files, weather alerts etc. to function.Because of this, I have to give the product 3 stars.Perhaps the designers & engineers could save the need of two independent USB cords.Henry S.
I like the product it’s very useful the kitchen purpose and also 360 rotation helps a lot for small space of kitchen I recommend it highly –

One Huge Problem
The charger/holder seemed great until I encountered the one HUGE problem. This unit has touch buttons on it, not buttons you push in, but buttons you just touch to make them work. While this may seem great to most, I found that I was constantly touching the button when I steadied my hand to touch something on my phone screen, like confirming something in Waze, or skipping a song, as I ride down the road. This released the phone to fall out of the holder. I put my hand there to steady it, so I don’t have to concentrate too hard on the phone and take my eyes off the road. I can’t tell you how many times I released the phone by accident on a 2K journey to FL recently. If they had put the button some place else on the unit, it would work OK, but the areas of the phone I need to touch are almost always on the lower half of the phone and touching the side of the phone, to steady my hand always means my finger hits the touch button behind the phone on the holder. I had to return the unit because of this.Update, 2-16-2023, the manufacturer saw this review and contacted me. They sent me a different charger that has push buttons and I have had much better success with that. It works as expected and does not release unexpectedly when I touch it. I have to intentionally push one of the buttons to release the phone. I will be buying more for my other vehicles. I have not noticed any “fast” charging though, with my Samsung S21. It seems to charge at the same speed as any other wireless charger.

Convenient!
I recently purchased the ZeeHoo Wireless Car Charger, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The 15W fast charging capability ensures that my phone gets juiced up quickly, and the auto-clamping feature securely holds my phone in place without any fuss. It’s a real game-changer for me, as it keeps my phone easily accessible for navigation and calls, all while keeping it charged. The build quality feels sturdy, and the installation was a breeze. I highly recommend the ZeeHoo Wireless Car Charger to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient car phone mount and charger combo. It’s been a fantastic addition to my car!

Best phone mount I’ve tried
What I like about this holder is the motorized grip and the wireless charging the grip will even open when the car is off. I have used too many phone holders to count and I would not use any other after using this one. I like the vent clip because it can be tightened on the vent opposed to other that just clip on. I tried to use the dash mount but it would not stay stuck to the dash. I think that is due to it constantly being over 100 degrees. In cooler weather I’m sure it would not have that issue. My wife even liked this mount so I got one for her car as well.

Just only two month of used
UPDATE:========ZeeHoo’s customer service team contacted me last week and they sent me a replacement without any additional cost. I’m very pleased with their guarantee and support, the support team informed me that they are investigating what happened with my product, and also mentioned that they have raised my issue with the factory.Thank you by your great support. With only a month of use, the mount did not pass the elements test. I used it with my iPhone 11, but as shown in the images, I don’t know what to do: whether to ask for a replacement or just write off the money?. I was very excited about my first wireless charger. The previous one lasted more than two years with a heavier iPhone 7. This ZeeHoo branded device did not meet my expectations.

Minor tweaking required
This is the third wireless charging mount and I have yet find one that will work with the Otterbox Defender Pro case on my Samsung Note 20 Ultra. This particular mount dimensions are listed as 2.44” in the Close Position and 3.7” In the open position. Those numbers are not accurate at all. These type of mounts are designed for phones using very thin cases or no case at all. Lets face it. Who would walk around with a 1,200 cellphone without a case. I know, I wouldn’t.All of these mounts are different but similar. I swear the last 3 mounts that I got had similar features and the exact rubber pads. They are shaped larger in the outside to cradle your phone, preventing it from flying off the mount. It makes sense, but its not very practical for people with big cases like the Otterbox defender series.Measurements:Samsung Note 20 Ultra with Otterbox Defender Pro case.Width = 3.51”Thickness = 0.51”Mount – Close Position – Original Rubber Pads (Photo1)Outer pad area = 2.19”Inner pad area = 2.45”Mount Open Position – Original Rubber Pads (Photo2)Outer pad area = 3.29”Inner pad area = 3.56”As you can see. The original pads inner area is 3.56”. You would think the mount is big enough for the defender with room to spare. Wrong. Placing the phone from the front wont work as the maximum open outer area is 3.29. You could force the phone in the mount. But it would be so tight that the locking mechanism wont last long. The next solution is to drop the phone from the top into the inner area. But that wouldn’t work either. The new problem? The inner dimension is 3.56 wide but it would only allow a device 0.37” in thickness. Remember, The Otterbox case is 0.51” thick.I was getting ready to return yet another mount. When I realized that the mount arms are not the problem. The problem are the Rubber pads. Luckily for me, several years ago, I purchased a couple of sheets of rubber padding for a project. The rubber sheets are only 0.07” thick. I removed the original pads and replace them with cutouts from the rubber sheet (see Photo 3). With the new rubber pads the fully open mount is now 3.58”. More than enough to place the phone from the front of the mount as intended and to allow the case to function normally. Its far from perfect, but is a solution that I happy with.I hope this helps someone facing a similar problem.Below is the link to the rubber sheets that I purchased back in 2015. I am sure you will be able to find something similar at a lower price. The key is the thickness. Good luck//www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0048J3236/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Almost perfect but release button is too sensitive
I ordered this unit and was initially very happy with it. The vent clip worked well in one of my vehicles but, for my Honda Ridgeline, the shift column was in the way of the phone being mounted on the drivers right air vent. So, for this I used the suction cup mount to the dash and it has held in place very well. So, either mounting option seems very solid and the overall build quality and function of this unit seems very good. However, my issue is that the release buttons are WAY too sensitive. There is a release button on the bottom right and left of the device and you just need to activate one to start the motorized opening of the clamp. I found that you only have to barely brush the button to cause it to open. I would hope for a tactile press being required but its not. This became a problem because when I’d use my right hand to touch the screen it would often times come close enough to the button on the right side and cause the unit to open: I wouldn’t know I had opened it until accelerating and seeing my phone fly out and onto the floor. So, I ordered two other units to see if they solved the sensitive button issue. The https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XCLVLLF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 mount had even more sensitive buttons so I returned this. The https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SRZ41BJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 mount had the tactile buttons I wanted. On this unit, you had to consciously push the release button to release and not simply brush up near it. However, this issue with this device is that my iPhone 11 with Unicorn Beetle Defender case was just too think for the clamps to get a good grip so I return this. So, in the end, I’m keeping this ZeeHoo unit but I’ve opened the unit up and removed the button on the right side. Once disassembled, the plastic button actually just pulls off the circuit board (no soldering required). Once the button was removed, I just put a small piece of black gaffers tape over the hole. This will leave only the left button active which will be almost impossible for me to accidentally hit in my setup so I think it will work well for me without having to try another bunch of units for the right combination of features.

UPDATE!
The description says it fits the iPhone 14 Pro Max and it DOES NOT!! You open the arms and you have to slide it in from the stop but it does not close to hold it because it’s at its widest with the phone barely fitting so it isn’t able to close to grip the phone if that makes sense. Total worthless! I’m a truck driver so there is no way that I’d be able to return it in the window time so I literally just wasted 40 bucks. I do not under any circumstances recommend for the pro max version atleast.I’d take a video or pic but I don’t have an extra camera to do so!Update** Customer Service contacted me after reading my issue and situation and immediately issued me a full refund. I thought I was just going to be out $40. The response time and how quickly they can resolve your issue I give them 5 STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great product and customer service!
The mount is fantastic, it sticks to my car with no problem and had held in place unlike other mounts. I use my car and phone for work daily so it’s gotten a fair bit of use. I’ve had no issues. My son did yank my phone out without using the buttons and snapped it but customer service was amazing and very helpful. I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future!

Pardon the mess
The product is actually really neat and my wife wants one for her Jetta. Only issue I’ve been having is actually having it charge efficiently. I’m going to upgrade the cords to the micro c for the fast charging and hope it keeps my phones charged. Because regular USB barely even maintains. But the holding feature and the many options to mount it definitely live to the hype.

The sides are plastic and not made to handle the the seasonal changes
I have used this for over a year and I know it’s not from mismanagement or abuse. This morning, I walked out to my car and found the side that holds the phone broke off and was on the floor. I can no longer use it as my phone will not stay. The side is made of weak plastic that cannot withstand the seasonal temperature changes. Amazon says I can still return the product until 2024, but I attempted and I am not seeing a way to return it for a replacement.

Suction power
I have an iPhone 14 Max Pro and although I waited over 24 yours to place my phone, the suction immediatly fell off and my phone toppled to the ground. I’m glad I had not started driving because this could have ugly! The phone fell close to my leg which surprised me because I had read comments that they suction was good but it wasn’t good for my cell phone.

A Game-Changer for Road Warriors

This sleek and efficient gadget combines the convenience of a phone mount with the blazing-fast wireless charging capabilities I’ve always wanted. The build quality of this charger is top-notch.The first thing that struck me about this charger is its auto-clamping feature. *Update* Can’t handle heat
*Update – I was contacted by customer service and they sent me an upgraded mount that works better than the first. Very happy with their service.I liked the item fine until I parked my car in the sun and pieces started falling off. This last time I’m not sure what happened but I returned to my car after being parked in the sun for several days and the whole unit had popped off its base and a piece needed to put it back together was broken. I can use the vent holder but I prefer it on my dashboard. Really disappointed. Just bought it less than 3 months ago.

Very Good Start
Using the dash mount, I found it mandatory to insure the dash area was clean and free from any protectant. The slight amount of adhesive on the suction cup does not work well with any protectant residue. The suction cup works but one needs to find just the right place on the dash that works for viewing but has minimal sculpting. After several tries I got a firm lock. The unit seems well made. Clamping was timed right, and unclamping is easy … however the buttons on the sides are touch switches so that needs to be remembered so one does not unclamp unintentionally.I have an S21 that takes 10w to fast charge. It is in a semi-hard case that usually is not a problem with wireless chargers that put out that wattage.Since I mounted the device in my old workhorse 2013 Tacoma, I did need a 3.0 QC adapter since the built in USB did not provide the power (The truck kept admonishing me on the display that I was trying to overpower the USB port and kept shutting it down). With that change everything worked fine, with the phone telling me it was fast charging. On a test run with Google Maps open and taking me to a destination, It held its own and actually gave me a bit of additional charge.Time will tell on overall durability and dash mount suction. Though vent mounts are better for keeping the phone and charger cool, my experience has been a lack of robustness and fit with these tiny mounts holding wireless chargers. The way I dash-mounted the phone was in proximity of a vent where the air is much cooler. Perhaps this will aid in any heating issues. One star off so far only because I had trial and error placement with the dash mount adherence.

Did not trust my gut feeling . . . refunded
*Update*Since this thing is sitting on my work bench doing nothing, the vendor provided a full refund. That’s cool. So, for those that can get it work/stick on you dash or window, etc. enjoy.PRO:1. Arrived on time for trip.2. Got it installed, and worked for one road trip.3. Since then, keeps falling off. Yes, I followed the directions, etc.CON:1. Modern cars have no flat, smooth, clear of any bumps, contour, etc. except the windows.2. So, I have to mouth this on the glass and is in my line of vison.3. Or, I have to drill holes in the dash, not going to do that.OTHER:1. BUY if you want to mount on the glass of your car.2. DO NOT BUY if you think this is going to stay adhered to your dash, etc. not in 104 degree weather.3. It does fast charge, it does hold phone well, and looks nice, and has some freedoms to adjust a bit.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PHONE MOUNT/CHARGER!!!
I needed a new phone mount as my last one stopped sticking to my dash, so I got this one.OMG! I’ve never been in love with a phone mount before but I LOVE this mount! The auto-clamping feature took a little getting used to. I have never seen any other mount with this feature. Usually on other mounts you push your phone back against the back of the mount and it activates the side clamps. Not this one; this one is POWERED! As soon as your phone touches the back of the mount, it ever so gently closes in on your phone and securely holds it there for the duration of your trip. What took getting used to was the un-clamping feature. If you go to adjust your phone and accidentally touch the release buttons on the side of the mount, the side arms release and open up. The first time I did this I saw the unclamped phone before it could fall out of the mount. After that I realized I needed to be careful about not touching the release buttons, lol.But after that short learning curve, I have totally fallen in love with this mount! The auto-clamping feature is actually my favorite feature now. I can’t live without it. So easy, it is effortless to grab your phone and go. No pressing buttons trying to get it to unclamp your phone. Nope, just a touch and viola, your phone is released. It’s awesome! The wireless charging is an extra added bonus! I love it! It charges so fast, and if you use a navigation app all the time like I do, you know that can drain your battery pretty fast. Love this feature! And never have to pause to unplug my phone, nope, cause it’s wireless and the plug goes into the mount, so you never have to plug in and unplug, it’s automatic. Love it!!!I also love having two mounting options. Vent clip mounts usually don’t work for me as I have older vehicles and the vents are not that sturdy; not sturdy enough to hold my huge Note 20 Ultra. However, I did ultimately end up using the vent clip option in this mount because the vent clip has a little support leg that you can rest on the edge of the air vent for extra support. And it worked out beautifully! There’s not really any flat enough areas on my dash to use the suction cup so I was glad to find this mount with the kickstand leg.I honestly can’t say enough about this phone mount. And I write Vine reviews (soo many reviews), and I really didn’t have to do this review since I paid for this mount, but I just had to do it, cause I love this mount so much.Just buy it! You won’t regret it! It’s expensive but it’s worth every penny!

Good clamping with a flaw
Update (11/23/23): ZeeHoo support reached out. After some troubleshooting, they offered a replacement or refund. +1 starOriginal: This is a stable phone mount that charges my phone quickly. It worked great for a few weeks. Then a strange behavior started: the clamp will close every time I get out of my car. This means I have to push the release button before inserting my phone for the subsequent use. It’s an annoyance that’s making me look elsewhere. I wasn’t about to get any help from the seller.

Will not stay connected to charge
I really wanted to like this and was really hoping it was going to work ok, but looks like I’m going to have to return it. I hate leaving a 1 star review, but just doesn’t do the main thing it was purchased for. As far as the mount goes, I used the air vent mount and I REALLY like how it mounts securely to the vent. Probably about the best I’ve seen with this type of mount. When it does grab the phone, it holds it very securely in the grip. So why 1 star then? Well, IF the mount detects the phone and grabs it and starts charging, it will only charge for may 5 seconds AT MOST, then disconnects, then charges, then disconnects, etc… This cycle so far has continued the entire time I have it in the mount. The Qi charging was the main reason for this purchase and it just doesn’t seem to work. I’m using a Galaxy S21 that I use with other Qi chargers at both work and home with them having no issues staying connected and charging. I have a very thin case on my phone and I even tried with without the case with the same results. I also aligned my phone up with all different locations of the coils to see if that was it, but all scenarios lead to the same unsatisfactory result. I can’t think of any other way to try to make it work, so back it will go and the hunt will continue.–Update–I’ve upgraded this product from 1 to 4 stars, but leaving a strong disclosure regarding it. The main reason for the extra stars is that I can say for a fact that their customer service is top notch. They did, what I believe to be, their very best to resolve my issue. Apparently the device will not work with my vehicle’s built in usb ports and requires the use of an adapter they can provide that plugs into the cigar lighter. Their listing states that it is recommended to use that adapter, but did not state that it was required so just keep that in mind when purchasing. All in all, I would purchase from this company again if they had a product I needed just based on knowing their customer support would be willing and able to handle any possible issue.

So far so good
When I first ordered this item it stopped working within 30 days. That was after the return period so I left a negative review detailing my experience with the suction base and wireless charging functions not working past 30 days. The seller quickly reached out and supplied me with a replacement which is working well so far! Customer service exceeded my expectations and as long as this one keeps working I will assume the last was faulty.

Updated review
(Updated review)I initially rated two stars. The seller reached out and offered a replacement. The replacement arrived very quickly. SO FAR (I’ve only had it a few months, and the last one worked very well at first too) the replacement seems to be working well. They sent me one with physical buttons this time, so I do not have to worry about shadows setting off the sensors and releasing my phone onto the floor while I am driving. I have had no issies with it thus far.I am very pleased with their prompt response and actions to right the situation. I feel a lot better about purchasing from them in the future.(Previous review)I bought this back in march, I loved it and it worked extremely well at first, but for the past several months it has been having a very hard time connecting to my phone. Every time I hook it up my phone screen turns on and indicates that it is charging, then after a few minutes it turns on again and indicates that it is no longer charging, then a few minutes later it says it’s charging again, then it says it is not, and so on. Sometimes I have to take my phone off the mount and then put it back on to get it to connect. I have tried replacing the cables, I have tried replacing the adapter, nothing works. It also randomly releases my phone, causing it to fall off the mount and onto the floor of my car. This has happened several times while I was driving on the highway and using my phone for directions. I had to pull over to retrieve it and put it back on the mount, only for the same thing to happen again 15 minutes later. Very annoying when I need to see directions and need to know where I’m going.I haven’t even had this thing for a year and it is already janky and not functioning properly. I have not been rough with it, I am very gentle with my electronics, I even remove it from the dash when the temperature was too hot to avoid any heat damage, and I put the charging cord away when not in use to keep it safe. My phone has no issues with my other wireless chargers.I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend this mount.

Exactly what I wanted
After the last car charger I had I wanted something that would not involve an unreliable suction cup. Working with the car industry I’ve been leery of vent mounted items, but this holds steady and it doesn’t show any potential damage to the vent itself. A few times the automatic clamp doesn’t hold tight but it’s very few and far between. Very satisfied.

Poor adhesive in my opinion
The glue on the red portion is not strong enough to hold. Luckily the main body is sticky so it still worked out but it still sucks that it’s not fully secure. I do enjoy the design however

Good setup
This is perfect for me for navigation and music. I am not the biggest fan of it for its charging speed as well as my phone overheating while on it. I don’t think the overheating is this product’s issue, rather an iPhone wireless charging issue, but nevertheless it’s frustrating.

It works
The clamp works perfectly. It snaps into my air vent just fine. Once it is in the air vent the air vent is unmovable. I found that it will not install in the air vent if it’s tilted up or down(my air vents are horizontal). That being sai, air vent movement is not a big deal for me. The installation process was easy. I didn’t need the manual to figure it out. I do like that the product comes with a dashboard attachment as well as air vent attachment. Who doesn’t like options? Because of where I live and the texture of my dashboard, I chose to use the air vent attachment. The product works fine, however for my phone, the Pixel 6 Pro, DOES NOT CHARGE FAST. Not sure if this is an issue with just my phone and the product or my car’s cigarette lighter but as long as it works I’m okay with that. It does take about 2 seconds for charging to initiate once my phone is in place. I followed the recommendation and got the cigarette lighter adapter that was recommended, but that made no difference in the charging speed. I’ve also tried different chords with the same results. Overall I’m happy with my purchase despite it not charging fast.TLDR:Bottom line, IT WORKS. It’s just not a fast wireless charger for my phone. I can live with that since I don’t commute very far, but that might not be okay for your needs.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU OWN A GOOGLE PIXEL 7 PRO
Disclosure, I’m dumb. I purchased this without considering compatibility with my phone. That’s on me BUT, heed my warning if you are a Google Pixel 7pro owner, it won’t work as expected. This is due to where the side buttons are on the phone in relation to the phone clamp. The clamps clamp over the power and/or volume buttons depending on your height adjustment. Technically you can use it still by placing your phone higher to avoid the clamps closing on the buttons but then you lose connection with the Qi coils and your phone won’t charge. A workaround for that is that you can plug the usb-c cable directly into the phone but then you lose the ability to unclamp your phone unless you constantly switch the cables back and forth. Or you can use two cables as a workaround but that’s just silly…much like my purchase of this product without checking the compatibility. That being said there is a lot to like about this mount/charger. I like the design of the mount and how it curves downward around my car’s console. The suction appears to be amazing especially if it can hold as much as the manufacturer claims. My personal experience is it is working fine but I have been down this road before and I have yet to find one of these that doesn’t eventually fail. I’m willing to give it the benefit of a doubt for now. The mechanical clamps work well as you would expect the to with the simple touch of your fingers. The only thing I would like as an improvement would be to use a single finger instead of having to use two to touch both sides before it opens. Maybe this is a “safety” feature that noone needs?? When properly aligned with the Qi coil it does indeed charge however, with my challenges, I could not test the quality of the charging. But all in all, this seems like a solid product and worthy of 5 stars. I’m just sad it doesn’t work with my phone.

Very convenient design

The 15W Fast Charging Auto-Clamping Wireless Car Charger has proven to be a must-have accessory for anyone constantly on the move. It seamlessly integrates fast charging technology with the convenience of a sturdy phone mount, all bundled into a sleek and minimalistic design. One of the standout features of this wireless car charger is its 15W fast charging capability. It charges the iPhone 14, 13, 12, 11 and the latest Samsung Galaxy S23+ and S22 models with impressive speed. Even during short commutes, my phone manages to receive a significant battery boost. The auto-clamping feature is also a nifty touch, securing the phone automatically when it’s placed on the holder. It holds the phone firmly, even on bumpy roads.Installation is remarkably easy, with options to fix it either on the dashboard or the air vent. The flexible angle adjustment feature allows you to position your phone perfectly, enhancing your driving experience by ensuring the screen is always easily visible. Its compatibility with multiple phone models is another point worth noting. It eliminates the need for multiple chargers for different devices. This is particularly useful for families or individuals owning multiple brands of smartphones. For safety-conscious users, it’s reassuring to know that the charger includes a smart chip to prevent overcharging, overheating, and short-circuiting. This wireless car charger is an investment in not just convenience but also device safety.Though slightly pricier than basic car chargers, the benefits you gain in terms of fast charging speed, auto-clamping feature, and safety measures are well worth the extra cost.In conclusion, the 15W Fast Charging Auto-Clamping Wireless Car Charger offers a remarkable blend of utility, speed, and safety. It takes in-car phone charging to a whole new level, ensuring your device stays powered up, secure, and within reach during your journey. It’s a solid five-star product in my book!

An Accident Waiting to Happen
This product charges good & sticks really well onto my windshield. That’s about it.The plastic arm thing doesn’t lock so there is no way to stop it from moving into the open position. Not sure if I am explaining it right but when I position this mount in a specific spot, I expect it to stay there so I can see my gps when I drive. That is not the case with this pos as the smallest bump causes the arm to drop completely open and I cannot see my phone screen. I can’t drive 10 feet without this happening. In addition, I am not sure why nowadays they are making these mounts with the sensor on the side. I do a lot of deliveries and since Google has shares in gas companies, Google maps ALWAYS routes you on the absolute longest gas guzzling route it can send you, many times in circles too. That said, I am constantly zooming in and out of my gps as I drive so I can choose the common sense route based on my current location. But every single time I bring my hand anywhere near this stupid crap, it senses my hand and opens up. I lost count how many times my phone has dropped while I was trying to adjust my gps and I almost got into accidents on SEVERAL occasions because my phone fell by my feet.I bought one mount years ago that had the sensor at the top of the phone so it only opens when you want it to and not any old time you wave your hand in the car. This mount is still running strong. But I got a second vehicle so needed another mount and my old mount is no longer being sold. That’s the thing when a product works well, companies tend to discontinue them since they are losing potential revenues on replacements. Pisses me off to no end but quantity over quality seems to be the norm nowadays.Thankfully I am still in the return window so I can get my money back but Its really not worth my time running around to a return location, just for $30.Update 10/25/22: so I initially gave this product ONE star but am updating my review to 3 stars based on customer service. The company reached out to me via email after reading my review informing me of another product with a manual open button instead of motion detection, and a longer air vent clip. They even offered to allow me to keep the original product at no charge. I already bought a replacement device and returned this product so will not be taking them up on their offer. However, the lengths this seller went to ensure my satisfaction shows that not only do they stand behind their product, but they are willing and able to correct any issues. That speaks volumes and although this product did not work for me, it may work for others with a different vehicle setup and/or needs.

Mostly good, only one fault I see
Unlike many of the reviews I did not use the air vent attachment, I do not like to stress them or block them (I had a Kia soul previously that had the vents break multiple times). I have a Chrysler Pacifica now and use the dash Mount with the arm. I did not use the extra disc included, just the adhesive ring that’s already on it and it is holding fine. Seems to charge fine, although not very fast. I am using the cigarette port with a high speed usb charger and the cord they included. The only negative is that when I put it on the charger the little side arms don’t always close all the way, and you need to press a little button on the side to release it. So far my phone, an iPhone 12 Pro Max, has not fallen out though. I would feel better if it was a little more snug but overall it’s doing its job

Works well with air vent clip/not suction.
This product does well with the recommended 9V USB lighter when used with air vent clip.Instructions were followed accurately in preparing and waiting the recommended times for the suction installed method. That only lasted a day in 75 degree weather and the holder could not bear the weight of an iphone 11promax.UPDATE: Customer service reached out and acknowledged the issue. They stated product improvements will take place.

The wireless car charger is a fantastic device that combines the convenience of wireless charging with the utility of a car accessories. I have been using this charger for a few weeks now and I am extremely impressed with its performance. The first thing I noticed about the charger is its sleek and minimalist design. It easily blends in with the interior of my car and does not take up too much space. The charger securely holds my phone in place while driving and there is no risk of it falling or slipping. The charging speed of the wireless car charger is quite impressive. It charges my phone quickly and efficiently, even when using power-hungry apps or GPS navigation. I no longer have to worry about my phone running out of battery while on the road.Another great feature of the wireless car charger is its compatibility with different phone models. It supports fast charging for both Android and iPhone devices, which is a huge advantage if you have multiple devices or if you frequently switch phones. The charger also comes with multiple safety features, such as temperature control and automatic power off, to ensure that your phone and car are protected from any potential damage or overheating.Overall, I highly recommend the wireless car charger. It is a durable and reliable device that provides a seamless charging experience while on the go. Great charger, even better customer service!
This charger worked well for my Pixel 7 Pro for a few months but then started getting a bit flakey. When it worked, it charged really well. But it started getting more and more inconsistent. Then the arms started slipping. And the touch buttons didn’t work all the time. Finally fed up, but only a month or so of warranty left, I contacted customer service. Aside from my own bad timing (they were away for a national holiday) they got back to me immediately upon return and sent me a replacement that works wonderfully. I see that they’ve updated the device with physical side buttons vs the original touch buttons and I’m happy to say that it’s been working wonderfully. I just hope that the updated model addresses some of the shortcomings of the previous. Time will tell. But don’t hesitate to contact customer service. They’ll take care of you swiftly. Jane was a pleasure to work with!

Great experience
I am thoroughly impressed with this car phone holder! It has become an indispensable companion during my drives. The quality and functionality are top-notch. It securely holds my phone in place, providing a stable and reliable mount, even on the bumpiest roads. The adjustable arms are a fantastic feature, as they allow me to effortlessly position my phone at the perfect angle for easy viewing. The suction cup is incredibly strong and doesn’t lose its grip, ensuring the holder remains firmly attached to the windshield or dashboard. It’s so convenient to have my phone easily accessible for navigation and hands-free calling while keeping my focus on the road. This car phone holder has truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a dependable and user-friendly solution!

Awesome to begin with… now even better!
I’ve had a Zeehoo in my car for 4 years. I drive for a living so my car is my office as well. The previous version has been great… but recently showed signs of age. I use the vent clip (Gen 3 Outback) and it used to have a clip for the vent and a pivoting foot for stability and the foot finally wore out… I’d go over a bump and click! the phone would tilt down. Finally decided to upgrade and so glad I did. The new design is so much better. The vent clip clips on and there’s a screw down knob to tighten it to the vent with a backplate for snugness. And it is rock solid stable. The side buttons have also been upgraded to push button instead of touch. It’s super easy to install. Charges faster than ever and it’s secure. Just set your phone in the cradle and it auto clamps. Push the side button to release. Easy peasy.I’ve used the dash mount in another car and it did fine. This dash upgrade has a sleeker design. I’ve seen reviews commenting on un-sticking…. and I highly recommend cleaning your dash with an alcohol wipe and letting it dry before you place the dash mount.I depend on this mount daily and it never disappoints.

It worked for a while.
I purchased 1 year ago. It worked at all until around 1 or 2 months ago. It worked well up until around 4 or 5 months ago. It began loosing suction power and would randomly unsuction to my dash and let my phone fall face-first into my shifter / center console area. Not cool. Then it stopped adjusting height practically and would let it fall back down (while maintaining suction or not). A month or two ago, a piece fell off that helped secure the extension arm. So it’s definitely withered away over time. I wouldn’t color myself impressed. It’s mediocre. The charging feature justifies a price tag of maybe $20 but not beyond that. Just replaced it finally and went with a 4.7 rated holder for less than $15 and it seems to be of better quality off first impression, only lacking a charging feature but there’s still a space for a charger to plug into the phone directly so no biggie. For the money, there’s definitely better options than this. As I didn’t this time, I wouldn’t buy this again. Not a terrible product but, again, there’s better options.

Good charger but not great quality – updated below
Update – 10/17/2023 – Customer service contacted me several months after I posted my review. They offered to replace the vent mount, but since it had been several months I had thrown it away. They then offered a full refund or a full replacement. Great customer service so 2 stars added just for that. I chose the replacement because I did like the original. I received an updated version which fixed 2 complaints I had about the original. One was the release buttons on the side. They were EXTREMELY sensitive before and would open if you just looked at it wrong. Now you need to actually press the button. Also the vent mount was improved. There is now a hook on the back to secure it better to the vent fins. Before, over time, the mount would move back and forth just a bit while driving which loosened its grip. In the few days I’ve had it this seems to be better. Original rating of 2 stars has been updated to 5 stars.Works great with my Samsung phone and the correct QC charger. It will fast wireless charge as well. Unfortunately it broke suddenly after owning it for 13 months while clipped to my vent. So I’m SOL since I’m just out of warranty. Too bad too because I liked this one.

Will buy again.
I really enjoy this phone holder. I use a iPhone 11+ With a clear case and am always on the go with gig apps. It’s easy to use and reliable. Hasn’t fallen off from my dash. I took it off once to rearrange and the suction still worked perfectly after applying some strength and holding it for a few. Nothing some 3m tape wouldn’t be able to fix in case it failed me. Luckily I’ve driven like crazy around town with my heavy phone and it always works wonders. I’m able to text, change music, look at my gig apps and watch Netflix with ease, and no fumbling. People in my car actually are impressed with it when they see it.The cons of why it isn’t a perfect 5:The sensor in the side does get activated on accident and my phone is loose. I actually pivoted the arm up a little so my phone rests and doesn’t fall if I mistakingly open it.The release button is a little in the way sometimes. If it was located further back I wouldn’t bump in to it as often. You get used to it though. The charging can definitely be better. I have to make sure my phone is charged all the way before I head out. Once it’s charging that’s what my battery is going to be the majority of the day. If my phone is dying, I won’t rely on it to give me much charge, so as soon as I get out of my car I’m in a time crunch due to my phone…as a gig app driver I should know better.I wish the material or craftsmanship was better. I’d definitely pay a higher price if it did. It’s simple plastic that eventually will crack. All it takes is probably dropping hard once.(if it ever falls)

Extremely impressed with Seller’s response and very prompt resolution to the problem we had with the charger. I highly recommend purchasing from this seller. My husband and I are not very savvy when it comes to electronics and they were very understanding… a rarity these days and we are grateful for their outstanding customer service.

Wireless Car Charger: A Commuter’s Best Friend!
I gotta say, this ZeeHoo Wireless Car Charger is a game-changer for my daily commute! First off, the 15w fast charging is no joke. My phone goes from zero to hero in no time, and I can hit the road with a fully juiced-up device. Plus, the auto-clamping feature is slick. It feels like a robot butler taking care of my phone – just slide it in and snugly grips it. No more fumbling around while driving! Course you gotta have a 2.5A or more igniter to USB dongle, or your phone won’t charge fast. What’s awesome is that it’s not just for iPhone users – my Samsung Galaxy S23+ fits perfectly too. The universal compatibility is a lifesaver. And let’s talk about the sleek black design – it adds a touch of class to my car’s interior. It holds my phone securely, even on bumpy rides, and the fact that it doubles as a phone holder is super convenient. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. ZeeHoo, you’ve made my daily drive a whole lot better!

Awesome except…
I love this accessory for my van, but in order to use it I had to take the screw out of the main arm and flip the arm around. It wasn’t too difficult but you will need a Philips screwdriver. If not it would have been way back on the dashboard or hanging over the backup camera. My sister bought one too, so I definitely recommend.

So Secure And Has A Sturdy Build
After getting a drivers license and a car a couple of weeks ago, I decided to get car accessories, one of them being this phone holder. I’ve been using this product for a few days now and can tell you this. This product has surprised me as it was so secure on the vents on my car. Compared to the one my brother has, it doesn’t flop around and also provides fast charging. The build of the phone holder feels very secure and the black colorway just makes it aesthetically pleasing in my car. This product is a bit on the pricey side from what I’ve seen, however I think it would 100% be worth investing in this especially if your a new driver and don’t know directions.

Cross-Country Trip Companion!
Bought this at the last minute before a cross-country trip. The instructions were clear and simple and I chose to use the suction cup method to attach it to the car’s dash. It stuck strong and charged the phone while we headed to the airport. Leaving the car at the airport we chose to take the AC vent adapter for the charger and use it in the rental car when we landed. Having that option was exactly what we needed! For the rest of the trip, we charged the phone via the vent adapter, and when heading home, we switched back to the dash suction cup method. Switching from one to the other was easy and very convenient and we had no battery or charging worries for the whole trip!

It actually works, but not as great as expected
Bottom tray keeps going down, can’t hold the phone in the higher position, but I don’t have a big/ heavy one(s20).Regarding the “fast charging” it only works with a USB C to C cable (not provided I use my phone’s cable) and I had to buy the advertised ZeeHoo car charger, but only the PD port (USB C) delivers the fast charging (the slowest wireless fast charging available), the QC 3.0 only delivers a regular, really slow charge.Keep in mind that dock is rather bulky, also it won’t turn on if it is very hot(if you park under the sun) which is expected.****Update: 4 stars because I was contacted by a kind customer service rep, and they will issue a refund in compensation for the trouble.
